This page sets out the rules that all players using the 388mmk platform must follow, the procedures for handling funds and bonuses, and the official agreements relating to platform services.

By accessing the 388mmk platform, registering an account, or depositing and playing, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. 1 Definitions

The key terms used in these conditions are defined as follows—

  • "Platform" means the website and all associated services through which 388mmk delivers its offerings.
  • "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the platform.
  • "Account" means the unique registered user account associated with a player.
  • "Bonus" means any form of monetary benefit granted to players by 388mmk.
  • "Wagering" means the total betting amount that must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
  • "Myanmar Kyat" (Ks) means the Myanmar currency; all amounts on the platform are shown in this currency.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the 388mmk platform. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to register an account or deposit and play. If a player is found to have registered with a false age, the account will be closed immediately and all remaining balance will be forfeited.

2.2 Individual Accounts

Each player may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same phone number, payment method or IP address is considered multi-accounting and the platform reserves the right to take unilateral action.

2.3 Accuracy at Registration

Information provided at registration — name, phone number and payment method — must be accurate. Withdrawals on accounts opened with false information may be suspended. 388mmk may verify a player's personal details at any time.

3 Player Responsibilities

Every player using the platform must fulfil the following responsibilities—

  • Do not share your account login credentials (password) with any third party.
  • Use only your own payment method; using third-party funds is prohibited.
  • Do not use software, bots or any unauthorised technology to manipulate the platform's gaming or financial systems.
  • Do not conduct any money laundering activity through your account.
  • Understand that gaming is for entertainment and play responsibly, accepting personal responsibility for any losses.

4 Deposits

4.1 Deposit Methods

388mmk accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and bank transfer. To complete a deposit successfully, players must use a payment method registered under their own account name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for any payment method is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted by the platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

We aim to process deposits without delay; however, players should account for any processing time on the bank's end. If your account balance has not updated after a deposit, please contact [email protected] with a photo of your receipt.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

A minimum balance of 20,000 Ks is required to make a withdrawal. The platform reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests below this amount.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Please be aware that transfers outside banking hours or during holidays may take longer.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

388mmk reserves the right to request additional identity verification from a player before processing large withdrawals or if any irregularity is detected. Once verification confirms everything is in order, the withdrawal will be processed smoothly.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus of up to 500,000 Ks is available on your first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 15 times.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
  • Bonus funds cannot be converted to or withdrawn as cash.
  • If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus rollover is completed, the bonus amount and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
  • 388mmk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus with prior notice.
  • If 388mmk determines that a player is attempting to abuse a bonus, the player's account may be suspended.

6.3 Other Promotions

Promotions such as the VIP loyalty reward program and the Referral Program will be published with their own specific terms and conditions, and the general bonus terms in this Section 6 also apply to them.

7 Game Rules

7.1 Game Validity

Game results are determined by 388mmk's Random Number Generator (RNG), or in the case of Live Casino, by the live dealer outcome. 388mmk is not responsible for any losses resulting from random outcomes.

7.2 Interrupted Games

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue (such as a server disconnection), the last recorded data on the platform will be treated as the valid game state. If the disconnection is on the player's side, only the platform's result will be considered valid.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

388mmk reserves the right to reclaim any incorrect winnings received by a player due to a platform malfunction. If a player notices they have received incorrect funds, they must notify [email protected] immediately.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 388mmk platform—

  • Using bots or automated playing software
  • Knowingly exploiting platform malfunctions for gameplay
  • Playing in a manner that constitutes money laundering
  • Depositing and playing with funds belonging to a third party
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform (hacking)
  • Opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses improperly
  • Threatening other players, or using software to peek at upcoming bets in advance

388mmk warns that violating these rules will result in the player's account being banned, any remaining balance forfeited, and appropriate action taken through legal and ethical channels.

9 Account Suspension

9.1 Closure by Player

A player may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. If there are no outstanding withdrawal obligations, the remaining balance will be returned.

9.2 Closure by Platform

388mmk reserves the right to close an account immediately and without prior notice if a breach of these terms, fraud, or improper conduct is detected. In such cases, any uncleared bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses will not be refunded.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no gameplay, deposits, or withdrawals for more than 1 consecutive year will be classified as "Inactive", and the player will be notified in advance of this status change.

10 Privacy

388mmk protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and does not share it with third parties. Full details on how personal data is handled can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

11 Limitation of Liability

388mmk's liability is limited with respect to funds lost by players due to game outcomes, technical issues affecting platform access, and losses caused by third-party software or server changes. 388mmk is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by events beyond its control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters or internet access restrictions.

12 Amendments

388mmk reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Players will be notified in advance of major changes, and the updates will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
